No. T3's have enough problems with balance and outclassing specialized ships. Making them experts in ANOTHER of the most powerful fleet roles in the game is a bad idea.

The tactical overlay serves this function. However, it's old and bad and needs overhauled itself. I think that would be a better solution though, since nanos need to be aware of multiple targets and their vectors.
